Nisar Foundation established in 2010 with an objective providing education & growth of the economically, educationally and socially weaker sections of society. It is an Educational and Social Welfare Society registered in 2015 under the Society's Registration Act of 1860 and also a Public Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. It is also applied for registration under section 12(a) of Income Tax Act 1961 and u/s 80G of the said Act by the Income Tax Commissioner, Pune. With a view to imparting basic Education, the Society has aim to start many Schools, Colleges, Charitable Hospitals, Orphanage and Madrasa at various places in the State. 
              The Nisar Foundation management is trying to expand its Educational and Social activities as per the requirements of the society in general, guided and aided by Educationists, Visionaries, Philanthropists and Friends, in order to pursue its goal "Education is the most Powerfull WEAPON to Change the world."
