Aims & Objects
The aims / missions for which the Society is established are as under:
1. To set up, establish, maintain, administrate and manage Educational Institutions particularly for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
2. To set up, establish, maintain, administrate and manage Social Activities.
3. To facilitate, encourage and motivate the youth by sensitizing them to take concerted action in Social Works.
4. To offer expertise, efforts and/or financial resources for the development of Minority Community’s Students (particularly) and in general for all Communities.
5. To take up public interest matters relating to Education of Minority Educational Institutions with State and Central Government and Semi-Government or Private Organizations or Public Co-operations and Courts.
6. To set up, establish, maintain, administrate and manage Hospitals & Diagnosis Centre’s etc. particularly for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
Educational Objectives:
1. To establish and run day-care or residential institutions like Play Groups, Pre-Primary to Higher Secondary Schools, Open Schools, Residential Schools, Night schools, Religious Seminaries, to impart integrated and value-based education for both the genders, particularly for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
2. To establish and run Arts, Science and Commerce, Engineering, Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Management, Nursing, Agriculture, Marine, Army, Air force, Home Sciences, Library Sciences, Technology, Law College in particular for Muslim Community and in general for all communities.
3. To establish and run Deemed University and/or Self-Financed Universities with various courses, Institutuion in particular for Muslim Community and in general for all communities.
4. To establish and run Industrial Training Institutions, Computer Training Institutions, Technical Training Institutions, Vocational Training and Career Guidance Institutions in particular for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
5. To start various courses pertaining to Agriculture, Industrial Development, Self-Employment, Entrepreneurship, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, Diary, Bakery and Forestry for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
6. To establish and run institution for providing education in Information Technology, Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, Disaster Management and other non-technical courses for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
7. To establish and run educational and professional institution for Degree, Diploma, Certificate Courses about Personality Development, Personal Secretary, Company Secretary, Short Hand, Typing, Telephone Operator, Receptionist, Chartered Accountants, Business Correspondence, Local & Foreign Language, Government & Semi-Government Exams, Call Centre Training, Computer Courses (Hardware, Software & Networking) and other non-technical courses for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
8. To conduct lectures for giving guidance about MPSC, UPSC, Banking, Railway, Police, Army, Navy, Air Force Service and other Competitive Examinations particularly for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
9. To establish & run allied educational institutions, training centers, sports clubs, cultural centers, libraries, reading-rooms, hostels and study centers as well as electronic educational facilities & avenues.
10. To establish & run allied educational institutions and/or Diploma, Degree Courses about tailoring, Beauty Parlor, Saloon, Mehndi, Fashion Designing & Motor Training Institute particularly for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
11. To establish a network of elementary religious academies to teach the sacred scriptures, traditional wisdom, basic morality, social etiquettes & religious principles.
12. To conduct complementary Diploma or Certificate Courses to re-ignite the functional potential of the religious scholars as the inheritors of the intellectual & spiritual legacy of the Prophet of mercy, by training them in the contemporary subjects & apprising them about the actuality of the current circumstances in the light of traditional wisdom. Thereby enabling them to spearhead scholarly discourse, clear misconceptions, unite people of different affiliations and wisely, cordially & comprehensively deliver the pure message of universal truth as well as.
13. To establish educational avenues along with customized & comprehensive academic curriculum for Girls, Boys, Elders and Old age Persons.
14. To institute comprehensive online educational courses to make the vast wealth of authentic religious as well as contemporary knowledge accessible to all, beyond geographical barriers.
15. To institute an educational research center to develop, implement & promote scholastic expertise so as to enrich the overall educational proficiency of our Society.
16. To conduct various types of educational and professional courses in English, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Arabic, for the Muslim Community.
17. To conduct various types of educational and professional courses for literate English, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Arabic, Other regional languages and Foreign Languages for the Muslim Community.
18. To encourage and assist talented students in the achievement of their goals in order to constructively utilize their abilities to serve the nation and the people of all communities.
19. To organize and/or broadcast programmes such as lectures, debates, discussions, study tours, demonstrations, campaigns, functions, seminars, conferences, events, meetings, symposia, workshops, exhibitions etc. to promote various social, educational, cultural, religious, entrepreneurial, economic welfare and community development issues for the advancement of the objects of the Society along with providing guidance regarding various Government schemes for the Muslim Community in particular and in general for all Communities.
20. To print , publish, purchase, sell, circulate, distribute or exhibit either free or for a price - books, periodicals, journals, booklets, bulletins, calendars, Newspapers, other literature, documentaries, records, Quran, Islamic Literature, Islamic Books, & other religion Books & Literature and/or any other materials or services in any or many languages which will assist or promote the objects of the Society.
21. To develop highly accomplished scholars & professionals from an impressionable age, who would be men of constructive action, rational & scientific outlook and a tolerant attitude.
22. To Pioneer a comprehensive educational renaissance for temporal as well as spiritual success.
23. To promote a coherent paradigm of all-round intellectual, moral, spiritual & physical education.
24. To establish a value based educational paradigm fundamentally oriented towards human welfare; thereby disseminating & demonstrating practical solutions for social problems.
25. To cultivate insight, profundity, critical thinking, scientific temper & creative ideation among the students.
26. To revive the spectacular ethical, spiritual, educational & civilizational legacy of our glorious past.
27. To implement a profound curriculum integrating empirical knowledge with authentic divine guidance.
28. To spread the teachings of great leaders, philosophers, thinkers, reformers & spiritual or religious guides.
29. To establish, Run, Manage and Support Islamic Research Centre’s and Comparative Religions Centre’s and Guidance Institutions in particular for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
30. To establish, Run, Manage and Support Madrasas, Khankahs, Masjids and Research Centres particular for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities..
Social Objectives:
1. To establish a Functional Research & Development Institute to develop, disseminate & demonstrate tangible, sustainable & functional solutions for the myriad problems of humanity.
2. To provide public health & sanitation facilities, shelter, relief & rehabilitation as well as other social services for the physically/mentally challenged, socially handicapped, calamity-affected, marginalized, discriminated & destitute people including the old, the orphans, the widows, etc. irrespective of caste, creed, color, gender, region or religion.
3. To organize all types of medical awareness camps, blood donation camps, tree plantation camps, family welfare camps, Save Water Campaign, Save Environment Campaign, Promote Water Harvesting System, student welfare camps, women welfare camps for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
4. To provide grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance for pursuing education, skill development, research etc. to the needy and deserving students as well as to educational institutions promoting or involved in any such activity.
5. To establish, run and Manage all types / kind of Hospitals, Clinics, Poly Clinics, Laboratories, Diagnosis Centre’s, Paramedical Centre’s for needy and deserving people either free or for a price for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
6. To Provide, Promote & run Ambulance and Mobile Clinics for needy and deserving people either free or for a price for the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
7. To inculcate in the society a spirit of tolerance & celebrate the unity in diversity of our nation by promoting communal harmony, universal brotherhood & social integration.
8. To organize and/or support initiatives to uphold traditional languages & culture along with our classical eastern ethos.
9. To cultivate a spirit of civic sense & environmental protection by spreading awareness about pollution, animal rights, deforestation, green-house gases & ecological imbalance as well as contributing towards afforestation, green energy alternatives, conservation of natural resources and preservation of endangered species.
10. To promote cottage industries, traditional handicraft and vocational occupations for employment generation among the underprivileged sections of the society along with contributing towards the development of the agrarian economy of the country.
11. To promote an organized, judicious & functional system of equitable redistribution of wealth in the society as an effective fiscal measure for poverty eradication.
12. To endeavor to uphold constitutionally enshrined fundamental rights by providing legal assistance & financial support to the innocent victims of socio-economic injustice or biased incarceration on unsubstantiated & fabricated pretext as well as legitimately strive against the violation of human rights, prejudice, oppression and discrimination based on caste, creed, colour, gender, race, religion or region.
13. To promote an organized, judicious & functional system of Self-help Groups.
14. To establish, run and administrate Banks, Self-help Groups, Credit Co-operative Societies for needy and deserving people of the society.
15. To establish, run and promote the groups who are working for Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Men’s Right, against Child and / or Women’s abuse, Child Labor and Animal Welfare.
16. To protect children’s rights and provide children opportunities for a basic education.
17. To help eliminate child labor.
18. To motivate and attract parents and guardians to send their children to school.
19. To provide innovative educational activities that increase literacy and vocational skills; such as ladies vocational training (stitching center, study center, office and computer training center).
20. To improve the quality of life for underprivileged children.
21. To develop literacy, agricultural and supplemental food and water programs for our villages.
22. To establish, run and promote Musafir Khana, Dharamshala and/or Guest House for the needy and deserving peoples.
23. To undertake activities for Human Resource Development, public education and community awareness, safety etc. in disaster education and management.
24. To undertake quality research projects on Disaster Management and Mitigation covering both Natural and Human induced Disasters.
25. To act as a resource center and clearing house of information on Disaster Management by documentation of field experiences including case studies, lessons learnt and best practices.
26. To facilitate partnerships with willing eminent national & international organizations, universities, institutions, bodies & individuals specialized in Disaster Management.
27. To serve as a center of excellence on Disaster Mitigation and Management.
28. To arrange for financial assistance, to raise money through financial instruments, bonds, deposits etc. permissible under the provisions of Societies, Registration Act 1860 and the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and management, administration, investment and reinvestment of funds so raised or available with the institute.
29. To work for the rights of Farmers, Labours, Workers in particular for Muslim Community and in general to all Communities.
30. To establish, run, develop and promote the Parks, Play Grounds, Gardens, Sports Clubs, Joggers Park, etc. and prepare the students, Boys and Girls for various games and Art’s in District, National & International levels specially for Muslim and in general to all Communities.
31. To establish, run and promote the Centre free or for a price for Placement Services or Guidance for Government, Semi-Government of Private Jobs.
32. To establish, run and promote the Centre free or for a price for Marriage Bureau for specially Muslim Community and in general to all Communities.
33. To establish, run and promote the Centre free or for a price for Legal Aid and/or Advice specially for Muslim Community and in general to all Communities.
34. To Sell, Purchase, Rent, Lease and/or Hire any Movable and/or Immovable Proprieties, Plot, Buildings and/or Flat.
35. To Develop the Plots, Complex, Housing Societies for free or for a price to the needy, Poor and deserve Peoples of Muslim Community and in general to all Communities
36. To establish, run and promote the Business, Factory, Workshop, Industries, Entrepreneur, Small Scale Industries, House Hold Business, Business Centre’s, Malls, General Store, Shops, Wholesale & Retail Stores, Hotels, Tourism and banquet/Function/Party/Marriage Halls, for the benefit of Society, Trust and/or specially Muslim Community and in general to all Communities.
37. To establish, run and promote the Chara Chavani, Gau Shala, Goat Farming, Fishing, Horse farming, Stables and any other Animals welfare house. To provide the treatment for pet Animals. Special take care of such animals that are physically weak and/or handicap.
38. To establish, run and promote the Farming and/or business of Goat, Sheep, Fishing and Poultry and other animals.
39. To create awareness about human rights and check the abuse against human rights violations.
40. To propagate and build brotherhood, social and religious harmony among the public without any distinction on caste, creed or religion.
41. To obtain and provide various facilities, funds etc. issued from time to time by the Central Govt., State Govt., other Govt. Authorities, Universities, International Agencies, N.G.Os & Charitable Societies within & outside India for the welfare of the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
42. To establish, run, Administrate, manage, Promote, print, publish, purchase, sell, circulate, distribute, exhibit, Broadcast, telecast either free or for a price the Print & Electronics Media such as Television, Radio, Internet, and other sources of communications, etc. for promote the Vision, Mission, Aims and Objectives of the Society.
43. To collect Information, Notifications, Policies from the Government, Semi-Government, National/International Agencies & N.G.O’s and provide the same to the general public.
44. To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other offerings in the shape of movable and/or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objectives of the Society.
45. Generally to do all such other Deeds and things as may be deemed incidental or conducive to the attainment and fulfillment of all or any objects mentioned herein for the welfare of the Muslim Community and in general for all Communities.
46. To do all necessary work to fulfill objects of the Association / Committee / Trust / Society.
