Helping Hands

The Helping Hands is one of the committee of Nisar Foundation. The main object of this committee is to help our members. As the slogan says Help your self by Helping others. Now the Committee is giving up to 25000/- interest free loan to only its members for improve their economic conditions and also the educational purpose of their own or their children’s. And also encourage our members for the charity also. All members who are joined in Helping Hands Committee are Ordinary Members of Nisar Foundation. We have a proud history of being always encouraging and caring for our members. I earnestly hope that our efforts will continue with the same spirit in the future too.

Rules and Regulation:

      Membership:  

i)      Any person shall be eligible to become an ordinary member of the association / Committee provided that a person agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Committee.  

ii)     Applicant shall prefer to pay monthly fees which subsequently be enforced from time to time.

iii)    All the members shall pay monthly fees before 10th of every month. If not so, such member shall pay fine of Rs. 10/- (Ten rupees only) per day.

iv)    The approval of the Managing committee is necessary, for admission as member.

v)     An advance of Rs 100/- should be paid as membership fee.

vi)    A yearly subscription of Rs.20/- will be collected for the maintenance of the association. All the members shall pay yearly subscription before 10th of April every year. If not so, such member shall loose voting power.

vii)    If such persons want to be enrolled again as fresh member, they can do so with the approval of the committee for fresh membership.


Managing Committee:   The Managing Committee should be elected by the ordinary members of the Association. The managing committee should be 3 members including all office bearers as follows: -
1.     President. 
2.     Secretary
3.     Treasurer  

FUNDS: 

i)      The funds collected, if necessary shall be deposited in Bank authorized by the committee, on the name of the committee, any withdrawals of money, shall be made by the Gen. Secretary, with the signature of both the President and the Secretary with approval of committee. In no way the funds of the Association would be miss-managed or misused.

ii)    Accounts: The accounts shall be audited by a qualified accountant in every year.

iii)   Benefits of Society: The benefits of the Society shall be open to all irrespective of caste, creed, religion and sex etc.

iv)   No Profit Motive: The Society shall not carry on any activity with the object of earning a profit.

    Loan:

i)      Loan will be available to all the members who are completed six months of Membership.

ii)    The approval of the Managing committee is necessary, for loan.

iii)   It is also depends on the funds available with committee.

iv)   In case of more than one member need loan, the amount will divide into all members who are applied or to whom who are needier.

v)    Refund of the amount will be given with the monthly membership fee.

vi)   The installment of loan will be 10% to 20% of the actual amount of the loan which is without interest.

vii) The installment is paid on 10th of every month. If not so, such member shall pay fine of Rs. 20/- (Twenty rupees only) per day. 

 
The Committee is headed by Society member, appointed by the President. Presently the Committee is headed by its Treasurer details as follows;
